For COD orders, payment is collected at delivery through the applicable delivery process.
We do not control the independent systems of third-party payment providers or courier partners, but we will assist with transaction or delivery issues relating to orders placed through our store.
6. Production and Fulfilment
Some products are made on demand after an order is placed. We use third-party service providers, including Qikink where applicable, to support production, packaging, fulfilment and shipping.
